Manchester City were crowned the 2018-19 Premier League champions after sealing the title on the final day of the league season.

City retained their title with a 4-1 victory at Brighton to finish one point ahead of Liverpool, who were 2-0 winners over Wolves at Anfield on Sunday.

The Manchester Evening News hails Pep Guardiola’s City for their “Back2Back” achievement while the Daily Express calls the champions “title addicts”.

Guardiola said this year’s success was his “toughest title”, The Times reports, but the City boss was able to enjoy “Pep’s party” at the Amex says The Guardian.

The Daily Star calls City’s win “Peptacular” and the Daily Mirror says the “blue sky’s the limit” for the men from Manchester.
